Description

This circa 1900 map by George F. Cram of Chicago reflects railroad development in Wyoming. The Burlington and Missouri Valley built across Weston County in 1889. The Union Pacific from Cheyenne north to Wendover and the Oregon Short Line from Granger Junction into Idaho. Both were built in 1882. The entry of the Fremont, Elkhorn and Missouri Valley (Chicago Northwestern) to Casper in 1888 also is shown.
